Foot care with a client centered approach. Everyone is different - I will develop a treatment plan specific to your needs, in the comfort of your home or residence. I use only sterile instruments and professional products that meet Public Health Ontario standards
Foot care is my passion. I am a registered practical nurse specializing solely in advanced & diabetic foot care. I am a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and Registered Practical Nurses of Ontario.
I was born in Yellowknife, NWT and grew up in the Ottawa area. At a young age I discovered a passion for caring for others. Many years later I finally followed my instincts and pursued a career in nursing.
I also worked as a personal support worker throughout my studies. It was then that I aimed to specialize in foot care, as I knew the need for this service was increasing in our community. While continuing my studies in foot care, I began my nursing career in community palliative care. This was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
My foot care career soon became a reality. I have now worked in home, hospital, long term care, senior center and clinic settings as a registered practical nurse specializing in advanced and diabetic foot care.
I have two beautiful children who make all the hard work and long days every bit worth it. I have made it my life mission to care for others with dignity and respect.
